The project includes a training course that deals with issues such as effective communication between colleagues and with managers, personal resilience, stress-management, recognizing and preventing burnout, better management of remote work, positive and effective leadership, team-management, improved corporate engagement, creating a supportive work environment, and understanding the impact of nutrition and a good sleeping routine on productivity.

- Overview
The course offers workers a safe and engaging space to reflect on issues related to physical, psychological, and emotional well-being. The program includes various experiential activities related to the themes of effective communication, resilience, stress, burnout, and smart working. Furthermore, it provides adequate space to discuss good eating habits and sleep hygiene useful to face the challenges posed by the work environment.
The program has been designed as highly experiential to make the learning experience effective and engaging. Practical team-building activities, body exercises, relaxation, meditative exercises, self-tests, and group work will be carried out during the meetings.
The goal of the program is to promote work productivity, a sense of on-the-job personal satisfaction, and the construction of strong social relationships useful to improve psychological workload management.

The program also aims to provide guidelines to identify and provide support to resources with psychological difficulties and strategies for creating a more supportive work environment.
