Valentina Gargaro
Senior Case Manager, Milan
Valentina graduated in December 2016 in Clinical Psychology: health, family relations and community operations. In January 2017 she started collaborating with Afol Metropolitana in which she oversaw projects financed by European social funds aimed at the educational accompaniment and work reintegration of individuals subject to judicial authority orders, detained in penitentiary institutions and asylum seekers.
Valentina joined Maximus in April 2021 with the role of Case Manager dealing with outplacement support and job accompaniment within the active labour market policies projects and since March 2022 she holds the role of Senior Case Manager.
She loves building relationships in order to provide concrete support to her candidates and make them satisfied with the work they do together.
