After completing his studies, thanks to the successful achievement of a European project, Stefano embarks on an experience abroad as a trainee in Confindustria Balkans at the Sofia office, the first foreign representation of Confindustria. After a first experience in Italy in the marketing and sales field, he returns to Sofia in IBM Global Delivery Service dealing with the Cisco project. Subsequently Stefano became the sales manager of the Balkans area of the Diacron group with a global presence, specialized in business internationalization.

Stefano currently holds the role of Engagement Manager in Maximus Italia.
