Shadan is responsible for creating and developing commercial relationships between companies and Maximus in the territories in which the company operates through its local offices, thus supporting the Case Managers in the job placement of candidates.
She studied Middle East and North Africa at the Ca' Foscari University of Venice and worked for years in business internationalization in consulting firms in Italy and abroad.
Shadan decided to move back to Italy thanks to the role of Sales Manager offered by a German company in the procurement and digitization field.
Shadan currently holds the role of National Key Account Manager at Maximus Italia.
