GOL is an Active Labor Market Policy program included in the PNRR (National Restart and Resilience Plan) planned by Anpal and the Ministry of Labor to upgrade active policy services and reduce unemployment in Italy as a result.
The GOL program, coordinated by Anpal and implemented by the various regions, aims to improve job placement services, including by upgrading employment centers or funding professional training courses.
Maximus Italia, as an accredited operator of employment and training services, participates in the program through the Regional Plans (PARs) of the Lombardy and Emilia Romagna regions with professional training courses, basic job orientation, and customized services.
All workers and employers, unemployed or unemployable residents or domiciled in Lombardy, are welcomed by qualified professionals at our accredited offices and can access Employment Services aimed at supporting, defining, and accompanying the realization of their professional path.

How to join the GOL program
The program is aimed at workers with social welfare benefits or other income support (NASPI or citizenship income), fragile workers (such as young people, women with special disadvantages, people with disabilities, over 55), and unemployed people without income support.
To join, no registration is required, using either Anpal or the regional portals. Instead, it's necessary to contact operators on the ground who will activate a personalized implementation plan built on the user's needs and experiences, with access to free training and tailored orientation.
Maximus Italia is one of the accredited operators and, adhering to the GOL program offers Active Labour Market Policy paths in Lombardy, Lazio, and Emilia Romagna.
How the GOL program works
The GOL program allows beneficiaries to access training activities totally free of charge: employment guidance courses, upgrading or professional retraining courses, and networking with other territorial services (social, social-health, reconciliation, educational).
It is not a standardized program, but is based on the customization of services provided by individual operators to different users. The final aim of GOL is to bring public and private services closer to the citizen through pathways to re-employment.
