Ms. Simmons has worked to improve the lives of children and families through direct service, program management and advocacy for the past 25 years. Since joining Maximus in 1996, she has consulted for and advised numerous domestic and international private organizations and government agencies.

Mike is responsible for all aspects of financial management across all our U.K. operations. Prior to joining Maximus in 2015, Mike was Divisional Finance and Commercial Director at Xchanging Plc, responsible for the financial management of several large BPO contracts.

Gursel Mehmet is the Managing Director for the Middle East and Asia and has almost 20 years’ of experience in the human services, recruitment and outsourcing markets, with a particular focus on the design and delivery of successful programmes to support disadvantaged groups into employment.
