Chiara graduated in 2018 and began working as a Social Assistant dealing with activation projects in the work area and social inclusion by collaborating with Employment Centers, training institutions, social and health services, schools, and private subjects active in the field of the fight against poverty.
She is eager to deepen her knowledge in Active Labour Marketing Policies. In 2020, she started working in Maximus as a Case Manager. In this new role, she undertook to create, together with the candidates, personalized employment support paths through regional funding for Dote Unica Lavoro and Youth Guarantee, to reintegrate into labour market.
Engaging with candidates is the part of her job that she loves the most; building a relationship of collaboration and mutual esteem with the people who follow, thus obtaining positive results, is the most excellent satisfaction.
