Before joining Maximus, Alessandra worked as a Trainer, specializing in effective communication, negotiation, and conflict management. Alessandra has transversal and highly formative experiences from a professional and human point of view in large companies to improve communication between company divisions and law enforcement officers in the Como prison and the staff of the E.P.E.
At the same time, Alessandra has obtained the certifications to teach General Safety Courses in companies and high schools for children and promote outdoor training services.
In 2016 she started working as a classroom tutor, guidance counsellor. Finally, she landed in Active Labor Market Policies in a small institution where she independently managed the entire process of regional devices and projects financed by other parties and individuals.
